Eligibility Criteria
Educational qualifications:
PhD Degree in Applied psychology, organizational Psychology, educational measurement or other related fields with 55 % marks in post graduation and above.
Credit will be given to candidates with educational testing and Psychometric testing professionals this teaching job.
Experience:
A post Ph D work experience of at least 12 years in teaching, research or either industry work.
Of these, at least three years should be in the position of Associate professor or equivalent and above.
Additional experience in test content creation, psychometric assessment including AI in assessment is an added advantage.
