The Individual Consultant hired by PNGRB . It will be referred to as Assistant Consultant (Level-I)TENURE OF ENGAGEMENT PNGRB Recruitment 2024
The initial engagement term will be for one year, with the possibility of extension for up to two additional years, in one-year increments, subject to the approval of the Competent Authority. The consultant will undergo a probationary period of six months. Continuation of the engagement for the remaining duration . It will be determined based on the consultant’s performance during this probation period.
Lump Sum Monthly Remuneration PNGRB RECRUITMENT 2024
PNGRB is a statutory body in India established under the Act PNGRB, 2006.
The remuneration will be Rs. 70,000 per month, with a 10% increment upon the completion of each year. No additional allowances will be provided for expenses such as conveyance, telephone, or other miscellaneous costs.
The age of the applicant
The applicant’s age for engagement as an Individual Consultant must be under 62 years as of the application closing date.
Eligibility Creiteria PNGRB Recruitment 2024
Law A degree from a recognized university or law school is required.
The candidate should have experience in infrastructure-related legal matters, such as:
(a) Drafting and reviewing regulations, statutes, or legislation;
(b) Representing clients in courts or appellate tribunals as an advocate, or handling legal proceedings;
(c) Legal experience in a state or central government department, organization, or agency;
(d) Resolving disputes or handling arbitration cases.
Preferred Qualification: Prior knowledge or experience in competition law is advantageous.
